At By Amica, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit or exchanges on all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label and drop your parcel off at any authorized postal location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email containing your store credit voucher or exchange confirmation.
